How can I make a return?
You can return one or more products that you purchased on the Jelly Stickers website within 14 days from the date you received the items, without penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason for your choice.
If you have purchased multiple items and they were delivered separately, 14 days are calculated from the receipt of the last product.
Please remember that you are responsible for the costs of returning the products.
What are the steps to return products?
If you decide to return products, please follow this procedure:

Remember: once you receive confirmation of the return, you will have to return the products to Jelly Stickers within 14 days
Can I return products that have already been opened?
The products must be returned intact, unused and undamaged, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and accompanied by the relevant tax documentation.
Furthermore, Jelly Stickers does not accept returns in case of:
- Purchase of clearly personalized products
- Purchase of sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
These include cosmetic products, tools and equipment intended for personal care.
Please note that even if you have not removed the seals of the product and/or its packaging, you are still responsible for any decrease in the value of the product and/or its packaging caused by any manipulation.
When can I get my refund?
Once verified that the returned products comply with the instructions given, Jelly Stickers will refund the amount of the products, including any delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the return.
