Returns
How can I return items?

You can return one or more products purchased on the Jelly Stickers website within 14 days of receiving them, without penalty and without specifying the reason for your decision.

If you purchased multiple items and they were delivered separately, the 14-day return period is calculated from the date of receipt of the last item.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

What are the steps to return items?

If you decide to return items, please follow this procedure:

Remember: Once you receive confirmation of the return, you must return the products to Jelly Stickers within 14 days.

Can I return opened products?

Products must be returned intact, unused or damaged, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.), and accompanied by the relevant tax documentation.

Furthermore, Jelly Stickers does not accept returns in the following cases:

- Purchase of clearly personalized products

- Purchase of sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery.

These include cosmetic products, tools, and personal care equipment.

Please note that even if you have not removed the seals from the product and/or its packaging, you are still responsible for any diminished value of the product and/or its packaging resulting from any tampering.

When will I receive my refund?

Once Jelly Stickers has verified that the returned products comply with the instructions provided, they will refund the product price, including any shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
