Jelly Stickers reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions for any changes made after each purchase.
The General Terms and Conditions are made available on the Site in a format that allows them to be stored and reproduced by the Customer, as required by Article 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
Access to and use of our site and our services are subject to acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By using our site, you implicitly accept these terms.
3. Registration and Account
To make a purchase on the site, you may be required to register and create an account. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Customer is responsible for the security of their account and the protection of their login credentials.
4. Products
The products sold on our site are described in detail and accompanied by relevant images and information. While we take care to provide accurate information, product colors may vary slightly due to device display settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product offered on the site at any time, without notice.
5. Prices
All product prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs will be added to the order total and will be visible at checkout. We reserve the right to change product prices without notice.
6. Orders
An order is considered valid only when the customer receives an email confirmation. If a product is unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be promptly notified and can choose whether to cancel the order or wait for future availability.
7. Payment
Accepted payment methods are debit card, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. The order will not be considered complete until payment has been confirmed.
8. Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, customs issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to jellystickers25@gmail.com indicating the order number and the Product to be returned. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Return costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated.
10. Warranty and Returns
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, products purchased by consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from the date of purchase. If the Product is defective, the Customer may request a refund or replacement. Returns of opened or used Products will not be accepted unless the Product is defective.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products purchased or the inability to use the Site. In any case, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
12. Personal Data Protection
We process our customers' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We use the data to process orders, manage shipping, and send you information related to your purchases.
13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time with immediate effect; any such changes will be posted on this website.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of any disputes regarding the interpretation and/or execution of these Terms, the competent court shall be the Court of Civitavecchia, without prejudice to the Customer's right to appeal to the jurisdiction of their domicile.
