Welcome to Jelly Stickers, an e-commerce that offers high quality cosmetic products. By accessing and using our site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We invite you to read these terms carefully before using our services.

  1. Jelly Stickers reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time and without notice. It will be the Customer's responsibility to verify any changes that have occurred at each purchase.

  2. The General Conditions are made available on the Site in a format that allows for their storage and reproduction by the Customer, as provided for by art. 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, no. 70.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of our site and our services are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By using our site, you implicitly accept these terms.

3. Registration and Account

To make a purchase on the site, you may need to register and create an account. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Customer is responsible for the security of his or her account and for protecting his or her login credentials.

4. Products

The Products sold on our site are described in detail and accompanied by images and pertinent information. Although we take care to provide accurate information, the colors of the products may vary slightly due to the display settings of the devices. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product offered on the site at any time, without notice.

5. Prices

All product prices are in Euros ( € ) and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs will be added to the order total and will be visible at checkout. We reserve the right to change Product prices without notice.

6. Orders

An order is considered valid only when the Customer receives a confirmation by email. In case of unavailability of a product after the order confirmation, the Customer will be promptly informed and will be able to choose whether to cancel the order or wait for future availability.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods are Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash on Delivery. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Your order will not be considered complete until payment has been confirmed.

8. Delivery

The delivery of the Products will take place at the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the type of shipment chosen. We are not responsible for any delays in deliveries caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, customs problems, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to jellystickers25@gmail.com indicating the order number and the Product to be returned. The Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Return costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated.

10. Warranty and Returns

In accordance with the provisions of the consumer code, the products purchased by the consumer enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If the Product is defective, the Customer may request a refund or replacement. Returns of opened or used Products will not be accepted, unless the Product is defective.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products purchased or the inability to use the Site. In any case, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

12. Protection of Personal Data

We process our customers' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We use the data to process orders, manage shipping, and send you information related to your purchases.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time with immediate effect, they will be posted on this site

14. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes relating to the interpretation and/or execution of these Terms, the competent court will be that of Civitavecchia, without prejudice to the right of the Customer to appeal to the jurisdiction of his domicile.
